​Roswell Infusions operated as a medical infusion and wellness clinic from 2022 through 2024.

All medical services formerly offered under Roswell Infusions were permanently terminated effective September 14, 2024. No medical or infusion services are currently provided under this name.​

Behavioral health services continue under Roswell MindCare.

Former Roswell Infusions patients seeking copies of their medical records may initiate a records request by emailing: roswellinfusions@gmail.com

Email communication is used solely to initiate record requests; no PHI or medical information should be included in the initial email. Upon receipt, instructions will be provided for submitting a request through a secure, HIPAA-compliant method.

Please note that medical record requests submitted after March 2026, consistent with applicable record-retention requirements, may be subject to a reasonable retrieval or administrative fee, as permitted by law and determined by the former electronic health record provider and custodian of records (Osmind).
